Your form details and optional photos help us review your lift and follow up with you. Requests are delivered to our team by email. You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.

Who this policy covers

Southernmost Crane LLC (Southernmost Crane, we, us, or our) provides crane and rigging services in the Florida Keys. This policy explains our handling of personal information through southernmostcrane.com, our inquiry forms, and related correspondence.

For the conditions that apply to website use and service inquiries, read our Terms of Service. If you have a question about your information, use the contact details at the end of this policy.

Information you provide

Our estimate form asks for your name, email address, job-site address, preferred lift date, and a description of the work. You can also provide a phone number, project type, estimated load weight, timeline, and site or load photos.

We receive the content of your emails and other communications with our team. If you become a client, relevant business records can include contact and billing details, jobs, estimates, approvals, invoices, permit information, documents, and messages.

Provide only details needed for your request. Do not put payment card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, passwords, or sensitive medical information in the public form. Only share information about other people if you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

How our contact form works

When you submit a valid estimate request, the form sends your details and any attached photos to our business email inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. When our inquiry connection is enabled, your request details are also saved in our private KeysVantage inquiry workspace for follow-up. Photos are delivered by email and are not uploaded to that workspace. The form also attempts to send an acknowledgment to the email address you entered. Delivery can fail, and a missing acknowledgment does not necessarily mean your request was not received.

Our team uses your submission to understand the job, ask follow-up questions, assess service availability, and prepare or discuss an estimate. We may respond by email or, if you provide a phone number, by phone or text about your request.

The form does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list or an automated promotional text campaign. A submission or acknowledgment does not reserve a crane or confirm a lift date. For urgent work, call (305) 697-4863.

Photos and attachments

Optional photos help us understand the load and site. They are delivered as email attachments and may remain with the inquiry or related job records. Photos can contain identifying details, such as faces, addresses, vehicle plates, or embedded location and device metadata. Our form does not remove embedded metadata from uploaded photos.

Before uploading, remove details that are unnecessary for the estimate and confirm that you have permission to share the images. Sending a photo for an inquiry does not, by itself, authorize us to publish it in advertising or on the website.

Technical data and cookies

Website hosting and security systems may process your IP address, requested pages, browser or device information, request times, and error or delivery logs. The form uses IP-based request limits and automated spam checks to help prevent abuse.

The public website does not currently include advertising pixels or behavioral analytics scripts, and it does not provide a customer sign-in portal for crane jobs. Your browser lets you control or delete cookies.

We will revise this policy if we introduce tools that materially change how visitor information is collected or used.

Use and sharing of information

We use information to handle inquiries, coordinate crane work, maintain service and billing records, support clients, investigate delivery problems, and protect our systems. We do not sell contact-form submissions or provide them to third parties for their own advertising.

Information may be available to:

  • Our team and service participants: people who need relevant details to respond to you or carry out your requested work.
  • Technology providers: Vercel for website hosting, Resend and our mailbox providers for email, and KeysVantage and its Supabase infrastructure for website management and inquiry storage when those features are enabled.
  • Professional advisers or authorities: when needed for recordkeeping, legal obligations, a lawful request, a dispute, or the protection of people, property, or our systems.
  • People you authorize: when you ask us to share information with another contact working on your project.

Providers process information as part of delivering their services. Submitting the public estimate form does not create an account.

Retention and security

Inquiry emails, attachments, and related correspondence are kept as needed to follow up, carry out work, and maintain business records. The appropriate retention period depends on whether a request becomes a job and whether accounting, insurance, dispute, or legal recordkeeping needs apply. There is no single automatic deletion period for all submissions.

We use safeguards appropriate to the website, including input validation, upload restrictions, spam controls, and access restrictions for private inquiry records. Email and online storage cannot be guaranteed secure. If a matter requires sensitive documents, contact us first to arrange a suitable way to provide them.

Your choices and requests

You can omit optional form fields or contact us by email or phone instead. To correct your details, ask about information we hold, request a copy or deletion, or change how we follow up, email contact@southernmostcrane.com or call (305) 697-4863.

Describe your request and provide enough context to locate the inquiry or job. We may need to verify your identity or authority before releasing or changing records. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable channel with you.

Privacy rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing services, legal obligations, or disputes. We will explain any applicable limits when responding. You may ask us to stop optional follow-up; necessary communications about active work may still be required.

Children and international visitors

This website is intended for people arranging crane services, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us information can contact us to request its removal.

We operate in the United States. Our providers may process or store information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as our website or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.

Contact us about privacy
